As long as we can remember, our family has made our own tofu. So when the move went from China to Sweden in 1997, grandmother’s tofurecept had an obvious place in the inner pocket. But we could never have imagined that it would develop into a flourishing business and a whole small tobacco factory in Vallentuna!

Now, a couple of decades later, we still do our tofu just as the grandmother did – with great care, genuine passion and love for both the craft and the fine ingredients. And the result is tofu with just the taste and consistency that it has always had. Grandmother had been satisfied. And Proud.
