Seafood waffles

Waffles are traditionally eaten with jam and cream, preferably on waffle day on March 25. But waffles are tasty all year round and with other accessories. Why not try making a “Seafood Waffle” with Cavi-Art (seaweed caviar) chopped red onion and Crème Fraiche? Top with a sprig of dill and you have created a simple and tasty starter.
