Gudruns is one of the few Swedish-owned meat and charcuterie companies with its own slaughterhouse. Thanks to the fact that slaughter, cutting, processing and distribution take place in-house, you have full control at all levels and can guarantee products of the highest quality.
The meat is cut, processed and then packaged in our own factories.
Despite the division, Gudruns is a tight organization, where all ranks are passionate about what they do. This passion, combined with the FSSC 22000 certification, guarantees our high quality.

Smoked Gammon Joint sliced

Gudrun’s smoked gammon are both salted and smoked, which gives a good taste in pots. Sliced ​​into 4mm slices and packed in 1000g. Always bred, cut, smoked in our own facilities in Gävle, Stockholm and Skövde. Gudruns has the entire valuechain under the same roof. 100% family-owned. 100% Swedish.
